My mom swears that these cookies go by a thousand names. My grandmother calls them Danish Wedding Cookies, so that’s what I’m going to call them. They are super, super easy. They’re little pecan cookies and are delicious. Probably the simplest recipe ever and really easy for a beginner. There not super sweet, but they still have a very nice cookie sweetness!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 sticks of butter (salted)
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
You mix all the ingredients in the mixer (it doesn’t matter in what order!) Then you take the dough and form it into little balls (try to keep them about the same size).
Pop them in an oven preheated to 350F for about 20 minutes, or until they are lightly browned.
Let them cool down, then you get to roll them in powdered sugar! Super easy!
