Last weekend I went to the Reynolda House and Gardens in Winston Salem, NC. Sadly (but understandably) I wasn’t allowed to take pictures of the Ansel Adams exhibit, but the garden pictures I got were enough to impress anyone.
It was so beautiful, and we went at the perfect time of year. You didn’t have to lean in to smell the flowers, the entire grounds were soaked in their scent. It was a really amazing day. My friend bought a succulent from their greenhouse and we got a great meal beforehand at Mary’s Gourmet Diner, let me tell you, that french toast was to die for.
