My parents house is gorgeous, inside and out, but the outside has been one of my favorite places since I was young. I realize with me moving at the beginning of June that it won’t be my yard anymore, and that it will take some time for me to get my yard as covered in blooms as my parents yard. That’s fine, all good things take time, but it pushed me to get out and take some more flower pictures while I’m still here.

It’s also been a while since I’ve done a photo diary, which is a shame, but I’m hoping once everything settles down (post move and post wedding) I’ll have a little more time for my hobbies. Photography has been put on a back burner and so has my writing. I’ve had the itch to do it but not much time to scratch it. Not that I’m complaining, all the things I’ve been busy with are wonderful and exciting! But I’m still looking forward to getting back into all the things I love.

So here’s to positive change and always finding our way back to the things we love.
