There is a new vaccines for cats. Why am I sharing this? It’s to keep humans from being allergic to them. It’s still in testing. Hopefully in the following research it proves completely unharmful for the kittens!
I’ve been working on becoming a better cook! I tried this Pinterest recipe and it turned out amazing, so I thought I would share!
Good news? Divorce is on the decline. According to these statistics it’s at a 40 year low. That’s good news for families and love birds everywhere.
This is a video from NYC in 1911 that’s been stabilized. Watching it not only takes you back to that time but makes you realize that 100 years ago wasn’t as long as it seems.
Got a hunter in the family? I just married one and I thought I should learn to make more than chilli with venison. This venison stroganoff recipe was also an amazing find.
Thinking about kissing a friends baby? After all it’s just so wonderful and squishy? Think twice! It’s an old warning, but it’s big in the new this week. RSV is everywhere, keep your lips to yourself this holiday season.

Meet the Kittens: Denim and Linen

I have some very exciting news! I’ve just adopted two kittens, Denim (first picture) and Linen (second picture). They are siblings and love to play, I couldn’t buy one without another! They both are about nine weeks old, and friendly as all get out.

We’re still working on getting them used to the dog, but they are doing really well with it. If anyone has any tricks for that I’d love to hear them! Linen loves her, but Denim is still pretty frightened by her.

They are settling in nicely, though. I’ve decided that they are going to be indoor cats unlike our past ones which have all been indoor/outdoor. I think they would do fine outside, but I’m going to take them with me when I move out of my parents house, and I don’t want them outside in an apartment complex. It just wouldn’t be very safe.
