I’m kind of upset, they’re calling for snow and ice all week and we already have half our yard blooming, which means they’ll be going, going, gone.

It also means I’m going to be a little colder than planned in Atlanta, a trip I leave for tomorrow with one of my best friends. I’ll do a blog post on here to share the fun, but it’s more a visiting girls trip then it is a sight seeing trip. If you’d like to follow along, I’m sure I’ll be putting some up in real time on my instagram account and story. A Beautiful Start to the Week:

Hey everyone, sorry for the two weeks of darkness. I needed a little bit to get my head on straight. It’s been a crazy ~~semester~~ year. Still, slowly moving forward, even though I don’t feel like I’m making much progress. The flowers are helping though, and all the beautiful green coming up in the trees. There are more pictures of them below the read more, my campus is simply lit up with beauty. I can’t tell you how good it is for my soul.

Spring has been here for a while now, and I’m still as excited about it as I was before the leaves had sprouted. To add to that excitement we have some babies running out and about. Sadly there are only two new goats at the farm this year, but I find myself stumbling upon new life anyways. Heck, there is even a new royal baby (not that ducklings compare to her). We don’t call spring a rebirth for nothing!

I apologize for having disappeared for a month or so, things are getting crazy here at school and I haven’t had time to take good pictures, or anything more than a few clicks of the smart phone. I will do better, I promise and return to my two to three time a week posting. But for now have some of the yellow beauties springing up all over my back yard at home.
